Leo Politi
Leo Politi, 1908-2008, was a close friend of Arne Nixon’s, who spoke often at Professor Nixon’s programs. The Center owns dozens of pieces of his original art as well as all his picture books, beautifully inscribed to Arne Nixon and others. In 2009 a Leo Politi Garden, funded by ANCA, the Arne Nixon Center Advocates, will be built outside the new Henry Madden Library.
